Steve was born in Christchurch on the south coast of England, and moved to the Island at the beginning of 1999. Steve has more than 30 years experience in the financial services industry, which has included positions with several leading UK life offices in a variety of roles, including underwriting, reinsurance, sales and client service management.
Since moving to the Isle of Man Steve has gained valuable exposure in the international arena, initially with Scottish Provident International before becoming Director of Financial Services at Marsh (Isle of Man) Limited.
However, it was soon time for Steve to utilise his wealth of experience by jointly creating Island Financial Solutions with ex Marsh colleague Mike Twist.
Steve enjoys reading, and any music by Paul Weller (don't ask him about his letter from Weller!!). Steve is also a keen Manchester United fan, and feels appropriately qualified to support the club by place of birth!
