What we do It's a little known fact that it is not cheaper to go directly to a product provider for your investment or protection product. Most charge exactly the same expenses for direct business as they do for the business that comes in through advisers, banks and other business introducers.
Most insurers or fund houses expect to pay a commission to authorised intermediaries when placing new business, and the costs of this are built into the product accordingly. If you go direct, you actually save these firms money and receive no benefit!
